3. Eligibility
You may use FOURDESINNO only if:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement;
- you provide accurate account and purchase information;
- you comply with applicable law;
- you comply with these Terms; and
- your use has not previously been permanently prohibited by FOURDESINNO for a lawful reason.
If you are below the age at which you may independently enter into this agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
4. Accounts
Some Services require an Account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- maintain a valid email address;
- keep your Account information current;
- protect your password and credentials;
- prevent unauthorized access;
- notify FOURDESINNO of suspected unauthorized use; and
- accept responsibility for activity performed through your Account where caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
You may not:
- create Accounts using false identities;
- impersonate another person;
- sell or transfer your Account;
- share an Account with unauthorized persons;
- use another person’s Account without permission;
- create multiple Accounts to evade restrictions;
- use automated systems to create Accounts; or
- use an Account previously suspended or terminated without written permission.
FOURDESINNO may require reasonable verification of account ownership before:
- changing an email address;
- replacing an API Code;
- restoring access;
- providing personal data;
- transferring a qualifying licence; or
- responding to a security-sensitive request.
5. Patreon Access
Some FOURDESINNO Services require an active qualifying Patreon membership.
Your access may depend on:
- your membership remaining active;
- your membership tier;
- successful payment through Patreon;
- Patreon providing accurate membership information;
- your FOURDESINNO email being linked to the relevant entitlement; and
- compliance with these Terms.
When a qualifying Patreon membership ends, expires, is refunded, is reversed, or becomes ineligible:
- API access may be disabled;
- protected downloads may become unavailable;
- add-on asset access may be restricted;
- subscriber updates may become unavailable;
- support benefits may end; and
- other membership-based benefits may be removed.
Cancellation of Patreon Access does not automatically invalidate the licence for completed Projects or Assets that were lawfully downloaded while the membership was active.
However, cancellation may end your right to:
- download additional Assets;
- redownload Assets from protected systems;
- access newly released Assets;
- use hosted API services;
- receive subscriber-only updates; or
- access subscription-only features.
Patreon is an independent third-party platform. Patreon subscriptions, payments, refunds, account administration, and platform availability may also be governed by Patreon’s own terms.
6. Full Licence Access
Where offered, a Full Licence may provide access without requiring an active Patreon subscription.
The exact scope of a Full Licence is determined by:
- the applicable product description;
- the checkout page;
- the licence information provided at purchase;
- these Terms; and
- mandatory rights under applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Full Licence:
- applies only to the product or service identified at purchase;
- is granted to one person or one legal entity;
- does not permit Account sharing;
- does not permit API-Code sharing;
- does not transfer ownership of FOURDESINNO intellectual property;
- does not include unlimited support;
- does not guarantee every future product or feature;
- does not include third-party products;
- does not include custom development;
- does not guarantee compatibility with every future Blender version; and
- may require reasonable online validation.
Where the words “lifetime” or “perpetual” are expressly used, they mean for the operational lifetime of the relevant product or service, subject to:
- applicable law;
- technical feasibility;
- third-party dependencies;
- security requirements;
- discontinuation of the relevant service;
- these Terms; and
- circumstances outside FOURDESINNO’s reasonable control.
They do not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or an unconditional guarantee that an online service will operate forever.
A perpetual software licence may continue to permit use of a lawfully obtained software version even where optional online services, support, updates, or hosted content are later discontinued, subject to the applicable licence.
7. API Codes and Access Keys
API Codes and Access Keys are personal service credentials.
Unless the applicable purchase or access page expressly states otherwise:
- one API Code is issued to one eligible user;
- the code may be used on a maximum of two authorized Blender machines;
- the code may not be shared;
- the code may not be sold;
- the code may not be rented;
- the code may not be published;
- the code may not be transferred to another user;
- the code may not be embedded in a publicly distributed file;
- the code may not be used for a shared public installation; and
- the code may not be used to provide access to third parties.
A user may contact FOURDESINNO where a legitimate machine replacement, operating-system reinstall, hardware change, or lost device requires an activation review.
FOURDESINNO may:
- validate the code through its API;
- associate the code with an Account or email address;
- record activation and validation activity;
- record IP addresses;
- record machine or installation identifiers;
- enforce applicable machine limits;
- limit excessive requests;
- revoke compromised codes;
- replace a code where reasonably appropriate; and
- temporarily restrict suspicious activity while it is reviewed.
Possession of an API Code does not prove that the person using it is authorized.
8. Prohibited API and Service Activity
You may not:
- share an API Code with unauthorized persons;
- sell or rent API access;
- bypass licence validation;
- bypass machine or installation limits;
- manipulate activation records;
- interfere with an API request;
- impersonate another authorized user;
- access non-public server endpoints without permission;
- attempt to obtain another user’s credentials;
- use bots or scripts to mass-download Assets;
- scrape the protected asset database;
- overload or disrupt the API;
- probe the API for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- evade a suspension, rate limit, or block;
- submit falsified Patreon or licence information;
- use the Services to distribute malware;
- use the Services for unlawful access;
- reverse engineer private server-side systems to gain unauthorized access;
- interfere with the security or operation of FOURDESINNO infrastructure; or
- use the API to build or operate a competing asset-delivery service.
These restrictions apply to hosted Services, private server systems, and credentials.
They do not remove or reduce rights granted under the GNU General Public License for code that is actually licensed under that licence.
9. Blender Add-on Software Licence
9.1 GPL-Licensed Code
The source code of the FOURDESINNO Blender add-on is licensed under:
GNU General Public License, version 3.0 or any later version, unless a source file clearly states otherwise.
The GNU General Public License governs your rights to:
- run the GPL-covered code;
- study the GPL-covered code;
- copy the GPL-covered code;
- modify the GPL-covered code; and
- redistribute the GPL-covered code.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to impose additional restrictions on rights granted by the GNU General Public License.
If these Terms conflict with the GNU General Public License regarding GPL-covered code, the GNU General Public License controls for that code.
A copy of the applicable GNU General Public License should be included with the Add-on distribution.
9.2 Charging for Access
FOURDESINNO may charge for:
- Official Download Access;
- convenient packaged distributions;
- Patreon membership access;
- update delivery;
- hosted API access;
- protected Asset access;
- support;
- account administration;
- subscription benefits; and
- related Services.
Payment for official access does not convert GPL-covered code into proprietary software and does not remove rights provided by the GNU General Public License.
9.3 Materials Not Automatically Covered by the GPL
The following are not licensed under the GNU General Public License merely because they are used with or delivered near the Add-on:
- FOURDESINNO trademarks;
- FOURDESINNO logos;
- brand identity;
- website content;
- hosted databases;
- API Codes;
- Access Keys;
- server infrastructure;
- private API endpoints;
- user information;
- subscription records;
- website design;
- product photography;
- marketing materials;
- documentation separately identified as proprietary;
- 3D models;
- textures;
- materials;
- HDRIs;
- images;
- presets;
- downloadable Asset libraries; and
- other content separately licensed under these Terms.
Each separately distributed third-party component remains subject to its own licence.
9.4 Modified and Unofficial Versions
You may modify and redistribute GPL-covered Add-on code in accordance with the GNU General Public License.
You may not represent a modified or unofficial version as:
- an official FOURDESINNO release;
- approved by FOURDESINNO;
- supported by FOURDESINNO; or
- originating from FOURDESINNO where that representation is misleading.
Modified versions must not use FOURDESINNO branding in a way that creates confusion regarding source, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.
An unofficial or modified version may not automatically use:
- FOURDESINNO’s hosted API;
- protected Asset library;
- API Codes;
- update service;
- user accounts;
- protected downloads; or
- official support system.
FOURDESINNO may require technical compatibility, authentication, security controls, and an eligible entitlement before allowing access to hosted Services.
10. Digital Asset Licence
Subject to payment, entitlement, and compliance with these Terms, FOURDESINNO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use lawfully obtained Assets in personal and commercial Projects.
This licence allows you to:
- download the Asset during your valid access period;
- store reasonable working and backup copies;
- modify the Asset for your Projects;
- combine the Asset with other content;
- use the Asset in rendered images;
- use the Asset in animations and films;
- use the Asset in games and applications;
- use the Asset in architectural visualizations;
- use the Asset in advertisements;
- use the Asset in music artwork;
- use the Asset in client work;
- use the Asset in printed or manufactured end products; and
- distribute completed Projects where the Asset is incorporated and is not supplied as a reusable standalone Asset.
The licence is royalty-free after lawful acquisition. FOURDESINNO does not charge an additional royalty based solely on the number of views, sales, impressions, or revenue generated by a completed Project.
“Royalty-free” does not mean:
- copyright-free;
- public domain;
- freely redistributable;
- transferable;
- sublicensable as a standalone Asset; or
- available for resale in Raw Asset form.
11. Asset Restrictions
Unless an individual Asset expressly provides different terms, you may not:
- sell the Raw Asset;
- resell a modified version that remains substantially equivalent to the Asset;
- redistribute the Raw Asset;
- give the Raw Asset away;
- share the Raw Asset publicly;
- upload the Raw Asset to another asset library;
- upload the Raw Asset to a marketplace;
- include the Raw Asset in a competing asset pack;
- sublicense the Raw Asset;
- transfer the Raw Asset to an unlicensed person;
- make the Raw Asset easily extractable from a distributed Project;
- provide access to the Asset through another download service;
- use the Asset as the primary value of a stock template;
- claim authorship or ownership of the original Asset;
- remove ownership or licence notices for the purpose of misrepresentation;
- register the Asset itself as your trademark;
- use the Asset to train or create an artificial-intelligence model or dataset without written permission;
- use the Asset in a dataset intended for redistribution;
- use the Asset in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious material; or
- use the Asset in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.
Minor modifications do not convert a Raw Asset into a new independently distributable asset.
Changes such as:
- resizing;
- recolouring;
- changing materials;
- remeshing;
- converting formats;
- adjusting topology;
- combining components;
- renaming;
- compressing;
- baking;
- adding modifiers; or
- changing textures
do not remove these restrictions where the underlying Asset remains identifiable or reusable.
12. Client Work and Team Use
You may use Assets to create work for clients.
You may deliver:
- final rendered images;
- videos;
- animations;
- compiled applications;
- compiled games;
- flattened design files;
- manufactured products; and
- other completed deliverables.
You may provide a Raw Asset to a client only where:
- the client has its own valid licence;
- the transfer is expressly permitted by the applicable Asset terms; or
- FOURDESINNO provides written permission.
Employees and contractors may access an Asset only where:
- access is necessary for the licensed Project;
- access occurs under the licence holder’s control;
- they are bound by confidentiality and non-redistribution obligations;
- they do not retain the Raw Asset after the work ends; and
- the arrangement does not function as a shared public Asset library.
A larger company, studio, educational organization, shared Asset server, or multi-user team may require additional licences or a separate written agreement.
13. Physical Products and 3D Printing
You may use an Asset to produce a physical end product where the product does not provide the purchaser with the reusable digital Asset.
You may not:
- sell the original digital 3D file;
- distribute printable source files;
- provide editable manufacturing files;
- operate an on-demand service that gives customers access to the Raw Asset; or
- sell substantially unmodified digital versions of the Asset.
Where an Asset is specifically identified as unsuitable for manufacturing, trademark use, safety-critical use, or physical production, that limitation applies.
You are responsible for verifying whether an Asset and the resulting physical product are suitable and safe for the intended manufacturing process and use.
14. Asset Ownership
Assets are licensed, not sold.
FOURDESINNO and its licensors retain all ownership rights in:
- original Assets;
- source files;
- copyright;
- designs;
- textures;
- models;
- documentation;
- previews;
- metadata;
- branding; and
- other protected material.
Your ownership of a completed Project does not transfer ownership of the underlying Asset.
You retain ownership of original material you create, subject to FOURDESINNO’s continuing ownership of incorporated Assets.
15. Free Assets
Unless otherwise stated, free Assets are subject to the same Asset licence and restrictions as paid Assets.
The fact that an Asset is offered without payment does not place it in the public domain and does not permit redistribution of the Raw Asset.
A free Asset may be removed, updated, replaced, or changed at any time.
FOURDESINNO is not required to provide continuing access to a free Asset except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Third-Party Content
Some downloads may include or depend on third-party software, fonts, textures, libraries, scripts, or other content.
Third-party content remains subject to its applicable licence.
You are responsible for reviewing third-party notices included with the relevant download.
These Terms do not grant rights that FOURDESINNO does not own or have authority to grant.
Where a product description identifies additional restrictions, attribution requirements, or third-party licences, those conditions apply to the identified content.
17. Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by or licensed to FOURDESINNO:
- website design;
- written content;
- product descriptions;
- previews;
- thumbnails;
- graphics;
- logos;
- banners;
- photographs;
- videos;
- database organization;
- category structures;
- metadata;
- documentation; and
- promotional materials.
You may view website content for ordinary personal or business evaluation.
You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, mirror, or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
18. Trademarks and Branding
“FOURDESINNO,” the FOURDESINNO logo, product names, visual identity, and associated branding are protected identifiers.
These Terms do not grant a trademark licence except for limited factual reference to compatibility or origin.
You may not:
- imply endorsement by FOURDESINNO;
- impersonate FOURDESINNO;
- register confusingly similar branding;
- use FOURDESINNO branding for an unofficial Add-on version in a misleading manner;
- use the branding to sell unauthorized copies;
- use FOURDESINNO branding in a domain or service intended to create confusion; or
- remove branding and falsely claim original authorship.
You may accurately state that a Project uses a FOURDESINNO Asset, provided the statement is not misleading.
19. Purchases and Prices
Prices and included benefits are shown on the applicable product, membership, or checkout page.
Before completing a direct purchase, you should be informed of:
- the product or service;
- the main characteristics;
- the total price;
- applicable taxes where required;
- the licence type;
- the principal access conditions;
- recurring charges where applicable;
- contract duration where applicable;
- technical requirements where relevant; and
- available payment methods.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
FOURDESINNO may correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error before fulfilling an affected order.
Where an order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled because of an obvious error, FOURDESINNO may cancel the order and return the amount paid.
Payments made through Patreon or another payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms.
20. Subscriptions
A recurring subscription continues until:
- cancelled;
- expired;
- payment fails;
- eligibility ends;
- the applicable plan is discontinued; or
- access is terminated under these Terms.
The billing frequency and price are displayed through the applicable subscription platform.
You are responsible for cancelling through the platform used to create the subscription.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period unless:
- the platform provides otherwise;
- FOURDESINNO agrees otherwise; or
- applicable law requires a refund.
Subscription benefits may remain available until the end of the paid billing period, unless access is suspended for serious misuse, a security threat, fraud, payment reversal, or another lawful reason.
FOURDESINNO may change future subscription prices after providing reasonable advance notice where required.
A price change does not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
21. Immediate Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days.
For digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, FOURDESINNO may ask you to:
- expressly request immediate performance;
- expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires; and
- acknowledge that you lose the applicable withdrawal right when downloading or digital delivery begins.
Where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been properly obtained, the right of withdrawal may end when supply of the digital content begins.
This does not remove rights concerning:
- digital content that was not supplied;
- defective digital content;
- content that does not conform to the agreement;
- unauthorized charges;
- misleading descriptions;
- failure to provide legally required updates; or
- other mandatory consumer remedies.
Where the required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
For continuing digital services, cancellation and withdrawal rights may differ from the rules applying to a one-time digital download.
22. Required Immediate-Delivery Consent
Where FOURDESINNO supplies paid digital content immediately, the checkout should require an unticked consent checkbox substantially stating:
“I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I understand that once downloading or digital delivery begins, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content. This does not affect my rights if the content is defective, not supplied, or does not conform to the agreement.”
The checkbox must not be selected in advance.
FOURDESINNO may retain records showing:
- the wording accepted;
- the date and time of acceptance;
- the Account or customer;
- the order or transaction;
- the applicable Terms version; and
- the start of delivery.
23. Refunds
Refunds are provided where required by applicable law.
A refund may also be considered where:
- purchased content was not supplied;
- a verified technical fault prevents use;
- supplied content materially differs from its description;
- an accidental duplicate direct purchase occurred;
- unauthorized payment is established; or
- FOURDESINNO expressly agrees to a refund.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because:
- you changed your mind after digital delivery began and you validly waived the withdrawal right;
- you no longer need the Asset;
- you expected a feature that was not advertised;
- you use an unsupported Blender version;
- you lack the required software knowledge;
- your hardware is insufficient;
- you cancelled a subscription after the billing period began;
- a third-party modification caused the problem;
- you breached these Terms; or
- your access was suspended because of verified credential sharing, fraud, or abuse.
Any refusal of a refund remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds for payments processed by Patreon or another platform may need to be requested through the relevant platform.
24. Digital Content and Service Conformity
Where mandatory consumer law applies, FOURDESINNO will provide the remedies legally required for digital content or digital services that:
- are not supplied;
- materially fail to match their description;
- lack required functionality;
- are incompatible contrary to information provided before purchase;
- contain a qualifying defect;
- fail to receive legally required updates; or
- otherwise fail to conform to the applicable agreement.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include:
- bringing the content or service into conformity;
- providing a corrected file;
- providing an update;
- replacing affected content;
- reducing the price;
- terminating the affected contract; or
- refunding the applicable amount.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory legal remedies available to Consumers.
A Consumer should notify FOURDESINNO within a reasonable period after discovering a problem and provide sufficient information to investigate it.
25. Updates and Compatibility
FOURDESINNO may provide:
- Add-on updates;
- compatibility updates;
- security fixes;
- bug fixes;
- Asset corrections;
- new features; and
- service changes.
Unless expressly promised:
- updates are not guaranteed indefinitely;
- every Asset will not receive updates;
- every future Blender version will not be supported;
- old versions may be discontinued;
- third-party compatibility may change;
- features may be replaced or removed; and
- a specific update schedule is not guaranteed.
FOURDESINNO may discontinue support for obsolete, insecure, or technically incompatible software versions.
Where mandatory law requires updates or security updates for conformity, FOURDESINNO will provide them as required.
You are responsible for:
- checking supported versions;
- installing relevant updates;
- following update instructions;
- maintaining backups; and
- testing updates before using them in critical work.
Failure to install an update provided with clear installation instructions may affect available remedies where the failure caused the problem, subject to applicable law.
26. Backups and Project Safety
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of:
- Blender Projects;
- downloaded files;
- modified Assets;
- rendered outputs;
- licence information;
- project source files; and
- other important work.
Before using an Add-on or Asset in a critical Project, you should test it in a non-critical environment.
FOURDESINNO is not a backup service and does not guarantee that:
- every previous Asset version will remain downloadable;
- deleted Account content can be restored;
- every Dropbox link will remain permanently active;
- every old Add-on version will remain available; or
- locally modified files can be recovered.
This section does not remove mandatory obligations to supply purchased digital content or services.
27. User Content and Creator Submissions
If you upload or submit content to FOURDESINNO, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have sufficient permission;
- the content does not infringe intellectual property rights;
- the content does not unlawfully disclose personal data;
- the content does not contain malware;
- the content is not fraudulent or misleading;
- the content complies with applicable law; and
- you have authority to grant any licence required for the intended use.
You retain ownership of your original submitted content.
You grant FOURDESINNO a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process, display, resize, convert, and transmit submitted content where necessary to:
- operate the applicable Service;
- review the submission;
- publish an approved listing;
- create previews;
- promote an approved listing;
- provide downloads;
- maintain backups; and
- administer the submission.
Detailed creator revenue, exclusivity, removal, payment, warranty, and distribution terms may be governed by a separate Creator Agreement.
28. Copyright Complaints
A person who believes content on FOURDESINNO infringes their copyright may contact:
The notice should include:
- identification of the protected work;
- identification of the allegedly infringing content;
- the location of that content;
- the complainant’s contact information;
- an explanation of the complainant’s rights;
- a good-faith statement; and
- sufficient information for FOURDESINNO to review the complaint.
FOURDESINNO may:
- request additional information;
- temporarily restrict disputed content;
- contact the uploader;
- restore content where a complaint is unsupported; or
- remove content where appropriate.
Submitting a knowingly false complaint may create legal liability.
29. Suspension and Termination
FOURDESINNO may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- API-Code sharing;
- Account sharing;
- payment reversal;
- subscription expiry;
- fraudulent activity;
- security threats;
- abuse of the API;
- automated mass downloading;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- malware distribution;
- unlawful use;
- repeated violation of these Terms;
- attempts to bypass access controls;
- false entitlement information;
- a valid legal requirement; or
- urgent protection of users or infrastructure.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, FOURDESINNO may:
- provide notice;
- explain the general reason;
- allow correction;
- request verification; or
- provide manual review.
Immediate action may be taken where delay could:
- create a security risk;
- cause material harm;
- enable continued fraud;
- expose protected data;
- overload infrastructure; or
- violate a legal requirement.
Termination of hosted access does not revoke rights already granted under the GNU General Public License for GPL-covered code.
Termination may end access to:
- hosted APIs;
- Official Download Access;
- protected Assets;
- subscription benefits;
- Account services;
- future updates; and
- support.
Termination does not automatically revoke a valid Asset licence for Assets lawfully downloaded before termination, except where the licence was obtained through fraud, unauthorized access, payment reversal, or another circumstance making the original acquisition unlawful.
30. Service Changes and Discontinuation
FOURDESINNO may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue a Service where reasonably necessary because of:
- technical changes;
- security requirements;
- legal requirements;
- low usage;
- excessive operating cost;
- provider changes;
- Blender changes;
- WordPress changes;
- Patreon changes;
- hosting changes;
- API redesign;
- product replacement; or
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
For paid ongoing Services, FOURDESINNO will provide reasonable notice where required and reasonably practicable.
Where discontinuation causes a failure to provide paid digital content or services, mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
A change must not retroactively remove a licence already validly granted for a lawfully downloaded Asset unless:
- the user agrees;
- the original licence was obtained through fraud;
- the change is required by law; or
- the original licence was invalid.
31. Third-Party Services
FOURDESINNO may rely on third-party services including:
- Patreon;
- Zone.ee;
- Dropbox;
- Google;
- email providers;
- payment providers;
- security providers; and
- other infrastructure providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own:
- terms;
- licences;
- privacy policies;
- availability;
- technical requirements; and
- Account rules.
FOURDESINNO does not control every independent action of a third-party provider.
To the extent permitted by law, FOURDESINNO is not responsible for loss caused solely by:
- an independent third-party outage;
- a third-party Account decision;
- a third-party payment failure;
- external website content;
- changes to third-party software;
- independent third-party tracking;
- information submitted directly by you to a third party; or
- another provider’s breach of its own obligations.
This does not remove FOURDESINNO’s responsibility for:
- its own conduct;
- providers acting as its processors where applicable;
- obligations imposed on FOURDESINNO by law; or
- liability that cannot legally be excluded.
32. Security
FOURDESINNO uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures appropriate to its Services and the risks involved.
However, no:
- website;
- server;
- API;
- database;
- cloud-storage system;
- WordPress installation;
- Blender add-on;
- email system; or
- internet transmission
can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
FOURDESINNO does not guarantee that unauthorized access, malware, service interruption, software vulnerabilities, data loss, or cyberattacks will never occur.
The occurrence of a cyberattack does not automatically establish that FOURDESINNO breached these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility where FOURDESINNO failed to meet an applicable legal obligation or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must promptly notify FOURDESINNO if you discover:
- a compromised API Code;
- unauthorized Account access;
- an exposed password;
- a suspected security vulnerability;
- unauthorized Asset distribution; or
- suspicious use of your credentials.
You may not publicly disclose a security vulnerability before giving FOURDESINNO a reasonable opportunity to investigate and mitigate it, except where applicable law protects or requires the disclosure.
33. Acceptable Use
You may not use FOURDESINNO to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property;
- distribute malware;
- attack another system;
- harass another person;
- submit fraudulent information;
- conduct unauthorized security testing;
- collect personal data unlawfully;
- interfere with another user;
- misrepresent affiliation with FOURDESINNO;
- distribute stolen credentials;
- evade technical restrictions;
- facilitate unauthorized Asset redistribution;
- manipulate view, download, licence, or subscription records;
- use automated traffic to damage or distort the Service; or
- operate a competing download database using FOURDESINNO content.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
34.1 Consumers
Nothing in this section restricts mandatory Consumer rights, statutory conformity requirements, or other legal guarantees.
34.2 Business Users and Free Services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services supplied to Business Users and Services supplied without payment are provided on an “as available” basis.
FOURDESINNO does not make an additional guarantee that:
- every Service will be uninterrupted;
- every Asset is suitable for every Project;
- every Add-on version will work with every Blender version;
- every file will satisfy a user’s subjective expectations;
- every external link will remain available;
- every error will be corrected immediately;
- every feature will remain unchanged;
- use will produce a particular commercial result; or
- third-party services will continue operating.
Any express product description and any mandatory legal guarantee remain unaffected.
35. Limitation of Liability
35.1 Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- fraud;
- intentional misconduct;
- death or personal injury where caused by legally actionable conduct;
- gross negligence where it cannot legally be limited;
- breach of mandatory data-protection obligations;
- mandatory Consumer remedies;
- liability that applicable law prohibits from being excluded; or
- any other non-excludable legal obligation.
35.2 Consumer Liability
For Consumers, FOURDESINNO’s liability is governed by applicable mandatory law.
No provision of these Terms reduces statutory rights available to Consumers.
35.3 Business Users
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOURDESINNO is not liable to a Business User for:
- indirect loss;
- consequential loss;
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunity;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- reputational loss;
- loss caused by failure to maintain backups;
- loss caused by unsupported modifications;
- loss caused by credential sharing;
- loss caused by incompatible third-party software; or
- loss caused solely by circumstances outside FOURDESINNO’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOURDESINNO’s total aggregate contractual liability to a Business User concerning a particular paid Service will not exceed the amount paid directly to FOURDESINNO for that Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to non-excludable liability.
35.4 User-Caused Loss
FOURDESINNO is not responsible to the extent a loss was caused or increased by:
- failure to follow instructions;
- use of an unsupported version;
- unauthorized modification;
- sharing credentials;
- failure to install a supplied security update;
- failure to maintain reasonable backups;
- unlawful use;
- use outside the advertised purpose; or
- another act or omission within the user’s control.
35.5 Security Incidents
FOURDESINNO is not automatically liable merely because an unauthorized third party successfully attacks, accesses, or disrupts a system.
Responsibility depends on the circumstances, including:
- the security measures reasonably implemented;
- the nature of the threat;
- compliance with applicable legal obligations;
- the cause of the incident;
- the response to the incident; and
- whether FOURDESINNO’s conduct caused or contributed to the loss.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
36. Business-User Indemnity
This section applies only to Business Users.
A Business User agrees to compensate FOURDESINNO for reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs directly resulting from the Business User’s:
- unlawful redistribution of Assets;
- infringement caused by content supplied by that Business User;
- malicious use of the Services;
- intentional circumvention of access controls;
- unauthorized resale of access;
- material breach of these Terms; or
- false claim of ownership.
This obligation does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by FOURDESINNO’s own breach or legally actionable conduct.
FOURDESINNO must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable losses and permit the Business User to participate reasonably in the defence of the relevant claim.
37. Force Majeure
FOURDESINNO is not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, including:
- widespread internet failure;
- hosting failure;
- cloud-service failure;
- natural disaster;
- fire;
- flood;
- war;
- civil disturbance;
- government action;
- power failure;
- labour disruption;
- major cyberattack;
- failure of essential third-party infrastructure; or
- emergency legal or security measures.
FOURDESINNO will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and restore affected Services where reasonably possible.
This section does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
38. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the FOURDESINNO Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters including:
- Account data;
- API-Code records;
- IP-address storage;
- Patreon verification;
- Google Analytics;
- Google AdSense;
- Zone.ee hosting;
- Dropbox Asset delivery;
- cookies;
- retention;
- security;
- data-subject rights; and
- personal-data breach procedures.
Using the Services does not constitute consent to optional analytics or advertising processing where separate consent is legally required.
39. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to a Consumer under the laws of the country where the Consumer habitually resides, where those protections apply.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms to the extent its exclusion is legally permitted.
40. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings, you should first contact:
Your complaint should include:
- your name;
- Account email;
- order, payment, or entitlement information;
- a clear description of the issue;
- relevant screenshots or other evidence; and
- the resolution requested.
FOURDESINNO will review legitimate complaints and attempt to resolve them in good faith.
A Consumer should submit a complaint in a durable written form so that the date and contents can be verified.
If a Consumer and FOURDESINNO cannot resolve a dispute directly, the Consumer may have the right to submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating through the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, subject to that body’s jurisdiction and procedural rules.
A Consumer involved in a cross-border EU or EEA dispute may also seek assistance from the relevant European Consumer Centre.
Consumers may use any other competent:
- consumer-protection authority;
- alternative dispute-resolution body;
- supervisory authority; or
- court
available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory law.
For disputes involving Business Users, the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
41. Changes to These Terms
FOURDESINNO may update these Terms to reflect:
- new Services;
- legal changes;
- security changes;
- technical changes;
- provider changes;
- licence clarification;
- operational changes; or
- correction of errors.
The current version will be published with an updated revision date.
For ongoing paid Services, material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted for an Asset lawfully obtained under an earlier licence unless:
- the user agrees;
- the change is required by law;
- the earlier term was invalid;
- the original access was obtained through fraud; or
- the change is necessary to address abuse or a serious security risk without improperly reducing mandatory rights.
Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted and where the user has received appropriate notice.
42. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable:
- the remaining provisions remain effective;
- the invalid provision will be applied to the maximum lawful extent; and
- where possible, it will be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.
An invalid term will not be replaced in a way that deprives a Consumer of mandatory rights.
43. No Waiver
A failure or delay by FOURDESINNO in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it was given.
44. Assignment
You may not transfer:
- your Account;
- API Code;
- Access Key;
- subscription;
- Full Licence; or
- Asset licence
without written permission, except where applicable law requires transferability.
FOURDESINNO may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful business sale, restructuring, merger, or transfer of the relevant Service, provided mandatory rights remain protected.
Any transfer of GPL-covered code remains governed by the GNU General Public License.
45. Entire Agreement and Order of Priority
These Terms, together with:
- the Privacy Policy;
- the applicable product description;
- applicable checkout information;
- the GNU General Public License for GPL-covered code;
- any Asset-specific licence;
- any Creator Agreement; and
- any other expressly incorporated written terms
form the agreement governing the applicable Service.
Where documents conflict:
1. mandatory law controls; 2. the GNU General Public License controls for GPL-covered code; 3. an Asset-specific licence controls for the identified Asset; 4. an expressly agreed individual written agreement controls for its subject; 5. the applicable product and checkout information controls regarding the specific purchased package; and 6. these Terms apply to remaining matters.
46. Language
These Terms are written in English.
Translations may be provided for convenience.
Where legally permitted, the English version controls if a translation differs.
This does not remove any mandatory right to receive contractual information in another language.
