FOURDESINNO Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fourdesinno.com, the FOURDESINNO Asset Browser for Blender, FOURDESINNO APIs, protected download pages, accounts, communications, and related services collectively, the “Services”.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Separate documents apply. Use of downloadable assets is governed by the FOURDESINNO Asset License. Processing of personal data is described in the FOURDESINNO Privacy Policy. Specific products, subscriptions, marketplaces, or third-party platforms may also have additional terms.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, studio, organization, client, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
Where local law requires parental or guardian authorization, you may use the Services only with that authorization. FOURDESINNO may refuse or restrict access where use would violate applicable law, these Terms, a licence, or a platform rule.
2. Services
FOURDESINNO may provide:
- A website containing asset previews, listings, downloads, articles, comments, and creator information
- A Blender add-on for browsing, downloading, caching, importing, and organizing assets
- Public Blender catalogue, preview, asset-delivery, and update systems
- Password-protected website download areas and support benefits that may be offered through Patreon, Superhive, or other stated platforms
- Asset, add-on, support, account, security, and service communications
- Creator submissions, contact forms, and other community or administrative features
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. A feature shown in a preview, roadmap, screenshot, or announcement is not guaranteed until it is actually made available.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, download-access request, contact form, comment, creator submission, or support request. Information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or entity.
You must protect passwords, verification codes, protected links, and other credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials under your control, except to the extent caused by FOURDESINNO’s failure to meet a mandatory legal obligation.
Notify FOURDESINNO promptly if you believe a credential, account, password, verification code, or protected link has been lost, disclosed, compromised, or used without authorization.
4. Blender Add-on Access
The FOURDESINNO Asset Browser does not require a FOURDESINNO licence key, activation, registered machine, or device slot.
- The add-on may be installed on any number of compatible Blender installations, subject to the software licence and these Terms.
- Online catalogue, previews, asset delivery, and update checks require an internet connection and may be subject to reasonable request limits.
- Sketchfab authentication, where used, remains a separate third-party login governed by Sketchfab’s terms and permissions.
- Website Download Center passwords or protected links do not activate or limit the Blender add-on.
- FOURDESINNO may change, rate-limit, suspend, or withdraw public endpoints where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service stability.
- You may not use public endpoints to scrape, mirror, bulk-download, overload, or bypass intended download controls.
FOURDESINNO may process IP addresses, request counts, Blender version, add-on version, access events, and related security information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Historical licence-key and device records from older versions are not used to authorize the current Blender add-on and may be retained temporarily for migration, backup, audit, or safe deletion purposes.
5. Website Access and Support Platforms
Patreon, Superhive, or another stated platform may provide website Download Center passwords, manual add-on ZIP downloads, support benefits, purchases, or other platform-specific services.
Those website or platform benefits may depend on the applicable subscription, purchase, order, tier, refund, chargeback, or provider rules. They do not create a device limit or licence activation requirement inside the Blender add-on.
FOURDESINNO may require reasonable proof of purchase or membership for protected website benefits, support, or manual download access.
6. Website and Add-on Downloads
Assets may be available through the website, through the Blender add-on, or through both. The Blender add-on itself does not require a FOURDESINNO licence key.

Protected download URLs, API endpoints, Dropbox delivery links, session tokens, and redirects are provided only for authorized use. You may not extract, publish, bypass, automate, or reuse them to avoid access controls.
Once an asset is legitimately downloaded, its use remains subject to the applicable Asset License and any third-party source terms.
7. Asset License
These Terms do not grant independent rights to use downloadable 3D models, textures, HDRIs, materials, images, presets, or other assets. Those rights are governed by the current FOURDESINNO Asset License and any asset-specific notices.
Unless the applicable Asset License expressly permits it, you may not redistribute, resell, repackage, sublicense, or publish standalone asset files or make them available through another library, marketplace, repository, website, add-on, or service.
8. Blender Add-on Software License
The FOURDESINNO Blender add-on code may be distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later), as identified in the add-on package. Rights to use, study, modify, and redistribute GPL-covered code are governed by that licence.
The GPL does not automatically grant rights in FOURDESINNO trademarks, logos, branding, website content, documentation, customer data, private credentials, hosted services, downloadable assets, asset previews, or paid access arrangements. Those materials and services remain subject to their own licences, these Terms, and applicable law.
You may not use a modified or redistributed add-on to impersonate FOURDESINNO, misrepresent official endorsement, obtain unauthorized server access, bypass download controls, or infringe rights in assets or branding.
9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
Payments may be processed by Patreon or another stated third-party provider. The provider may control checkout, tax collection, billing information, renewals, cancellations, disputes, and payment-method handling under its own terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing period, tier, included benefits, renewal terms, taxes, and provider conditions before purchasing or subscribing.
Unless stated otherwise, ending a recurring subscription prevents future renewals but does not retroactively create a refund for periods already supplied. Mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s applicable refund rules remain unaffected.
10. Digital Content, Withdrawal, and Refunds
Digital content, protected website downloads, support benefits, and manual add-on packages may be supplied immediately after purchase or eligibility verification.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cooling-off right, FOURDESINNO and the payment provider will apply mandatory requirements. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of a withdrawal right applies only where the legally required prior consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been obtained.
Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies for digital content or digital services that are defective, not supplied, or not in conformity where such remedies are mandatory.

11. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services for lawful creative, educational, personal, and commercial workflows consistent with these Terms and the applicable licences.
You agree to use reasonable technical measures, supported software, and secure credentials; respect rate limits; provide accurate support information; and avoid activity that harms other users, creators, service providers, or FOURDESINNO infrastructure.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share, sell, publish, rent, transfer, or pool a website password, verification code, account, private link, or protected credential
- Use accounts, subscriptions, orders, or protected website access in a manner not permitted by the relevant provider or service
- Bypass, disable, forge, alter, or interfere with authentication, subscription verification, download controls, rate limits, or security systems
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk-download, enumerate, or automate the Services beyond documented or expressly permitted use
- Probe for vulnerabilities, upload malware, disrupt service, overload infrastructure, or access non-public data
- Reverse engineer private server protocols for unauthorized access, while preserving any rights that cannot legally be restricted
- Use the Services or assets for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or deceptive activity
- Misrepresent affiliation with, endorsement by, or ownership of FOURDESINNO
- Remove or alter legal notices, ownership information, attribution requirements, or technical protection information where prohibited
13. Comments, Creator Submissions, and Other User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You must have all permissions needed to submit it.
By submitting content for publication, review, support, moderation, or creator participation, you grant FOURDESINNO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, review, moderate, display, and communicate that content as reasonably necessary to operate the requested feature.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, confidential without authorization, or designed to compromise a system. FOURDESINNO may reject, remove, restrict, or preserve submissions where reasonably necessary.
14. Intellectual Property and Branding
FOURDESINNO names, logos, visual identity, page designs, documentation, original website content, service interfaces, and other brand materials are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.
Except where a specific open-source or asset licence grants rights, you receive only the limited right to access and use the Services under these Terms. No ownership is transferred.
You may not register, use, or distribute confusingly similar names, domains, logos, add-ons, pages, or products in a manner that suggests they are official FOURDESINNO services.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or link to Blender, WordPress, Patreon, Dropbox, Google, Discord, hosting providers, email providers, payment providers, and other external services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, security, pricing, and technical requirements. FOURDESINNO does not control independent third-party actions and is not responsible for them beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
16. Updates, Supported Versions, and Compatibility
FOURDESINNO may issue updates for security, compatibility, delivery, performance, or new features. Continued online use may require a supported Blender version, current add-on version, internet connection, and compatible operating environment.
Older versions may stop working when APIs, security requirements, hosting, Dropbox delivery, Blender, WordPress, or third-party platforms change.
You are responsible for backing up projects and testing add-ons and assets before production or critical use.
17. Suspension, Disabling, and Termination
FOURDESINNO may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate an account, protected download session, public API access, or service access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Expired, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ineligible website or platform benefit
- Credential sharing, protected-link abuse, or automated endpoint misuse
- Fraud, chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction
- Security risk, compromised credentials, unusual request volume, or suspected automation
- Violation of these Terms, the Asset License, or applicable law
- Technical, legal, rights-related, or service-provider requirements
Where appropriate, FOURDESINNO may request verification, provide an explanation, or allow correction. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create a security, legal, or operational risk.
18. Service Availability
FOURDESINNO aims to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability. Maintenance, updates, capacity limits, network issues, hosting problems, third-party outages, legal requests, security incidents, or software changes may affect access.
Assets, features, pages, downloads, or integrations may be corrected, replaced, removed, or discontinued. FOURDESINNO is not required to preserve every historical version indefinitely unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. FOURDESINNO does not make warranties concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation, universal compatibility, specific results, fitness for a particular workflow, or freedom from every third-party claim.
This section does not exclude statutory guarantees, conformity rights, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOURDESINNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, project files, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
You remain responsible for project backups, testing, supported configurations, credential security, and compliance with licences and third-party rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, mandatory consumer rights, data-protection obligations, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOURDESINNO and its operators from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement, unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, malicious activity, or material violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
22. Mandatory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you retain rights under the mandatory laws applicable to you. These may include pre-contract information rights, withdrawal rights, remedies for non-conforming digital content or services, and protection against unfair contract terms.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer rule, the mandatory rule applies and the remaining provisions continue to operate where legally possible.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the legal operator of FOURDESINNO, together with applicable European Union law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact legal@fourdesinno.com with sufficient details to permit review and an attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a competent consumer-protection authority, alternative dispute mechanism, supervisory authority, or court available under mandatory law.
24. Changes to These Terms
FOURDESINNO may update these Terms when Services, licences, access systems, providers, legal requirements, or business practices change.
The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be announced through the website, add-on, account notice, or email where appropriate.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Where additional consent is legally required, FOURDESINNO will request it.
