This Fourdesinno Royalty-Free Asset License ("License") governs the use of digital assets made available by Fourdesinno ("Fourdesinno," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to 3D Models, Textures, HDRIs, and Game-Assets (collectively, the "Assets").

By downloading, accessing, or using any Asset from Fourdesinno, you agree to be bound by this License.

1. License Type

All Assets on Fourdesinno are provided as:

  • Free to access (no purchase fee required unless explicitly stated otherwise), and

  • Royalty-Free (no recurring royalty payments are required for permitted use)

For clarity, Fourdesinno Assets are not provided under CC0 and are not in the public domain unless explicitly stated on the specific asset page.

All Assets remain protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License, Fourdesinno grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Download the Assets

  • Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects

  • Modify, edit, adapt, and optimize the Assets

  • Incorporate the Assets into finished works and productions

This license applies worldwide unless restricted by applicable law.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use the Assets in, including but not limited to:

  • Video games and game prototypes

  • 3D renders and visualizations

  • Animations and films

  • Videos and motion graphics

  • Client projects

  • Product presentations

  • Archviz, concept art, and design workflows

  • Personal creative projects

  • Commercial productions

Use is permitted whether the Asset is used in original form or modified form, provided the use complies with this License.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated on the specific asset page.

Where attribution is requested on an asset page, you must follow the attribution requirement listed there.

5. Restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

5.1 Redistribute Standalone Assets

  • Re-upload, re-share, publish, or distribute any Asset as a standalone file

  • Make any Asset available for download outside Fourdesinno

  • Share raw source files in a way that allows third parties to extract and use the Asset as a separate asset

5.2 Resell or Repackage

  • Sell, license, sublicense, or monetize the Assets as standalone content

  • Repackage the Assets into collections, bundles, libraries, or marketplace listings

  • Include the Assets in "free" or paid asset packs for redistribution

5.3 Claim Ownership

  • Claim the Assets as your own original work

  • Remove creator identification or attribution requirements when an asset page requires attribution

  • Misrepresent the source or authorship of an Asset

5.4 Unlawful or Prohibited Use

  • Use the Assets in any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing manner

  • Use the Assets in a way that violates third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Assets remain with the original creator and/or Fourdesinno, as applicable.

This License grants only the limited usage rights expressly stated in this document. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Rights

Some Assets may include elements that are subject to third-party rights (for example, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, or likenesses). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any Asset complies with applicable laws and any third-party rights.

Fourdesinno does not guarantee that every possible use of an Asset will be free of third-party claims.

8. License Violations and Termination

This License automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the affected Assets and, if requested, remove them from active distribution, projects, or listings where feasible.

Fourdesinno reserves the right to suspend access, remove Assets, or take other appropriate action in response to suspected misuse, infringement, or unauthorized redistribution.

9. Asset Removal and Infringement Review

Fourdesinno supports creators and takes licensing integrity seriously. If an Asset is reported as unauthorized, infringing, or improperly uploaded, Fourdesinno may temporarily or permanently remove the Asset while the matter is reviewed.

Fourdesinno may update or revoke access to an Asset if required for legal or rights-related reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Assets are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or completeness

  • Availability or uninterrupted access

You are responsible for testing and verifying suitability of the Assets for your intended use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourdesinno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the Assets.

In all cases, Fourdesinno’s total liability relating to any Asset or this License shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourdesinno, its operators, and contributors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Assets

  • Your violation of this License

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Changes to This License

Fourdesinno may update this License from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you download or use an Asset will apply, unless otherwise stated.
